At a recent campaign stop in Wisconsin, Donald Trump laid out plans in nine steps that he says will "drain the swamp" during his second White House term. The rally, held at Central Wisconsin Airport in Mosinee, featured Trump outlining what he plans to do to make America great again while blasting Kamala Harris, his competition, for hers. "Our country is a failing nation right now," Trump told the crowd, blaming what he described as the "Washington swamp" for everything horrible Americans are now having to endure. In order to overhaul government and fix America, Trump says he will start with 1) abolishing the "weaponization of government." "We will completely overhaul Kamala's corrupt Department of Injustice and turn the DOJ back into the best law enforcement agency on the planet," Trump said to the crowd – watch the video below to see all nine steps that Trump plans to take to heal the nation: (Related: Did you know that Russian President Vladimir Putin favors Kamala Harris over Donald Trump because of Kamala's "infectious laugh?")

Trump rolls out promises to clean up government, restore America

After putting an end to the weaponization of government, Trump plans to 2) restore free speech in accordance with the First Amendment. "Fake news is a threat to this country," Trump said, adding that he plans to "sign an executive order banning any federal employee from colluding to limit speech." Trump's third step involves 3) expelling the warmongers from the country. He is referring, here, to the abolition of the so-called military-industrial complex, which continues to wage war after war after war with no end. "I had no wars," Trump bragged about what happened during his first White House term. "My personality stopped wars." The federal government also has too much power, which is why Trump wants to 4) curtail bureaucratic control over Americans. At the suggestion of billionaire electric vehicle (EV) guru Elon Musk, Trump says he plans to create a Government Efficiency Commission to conduct a financial audit of Washington. After that, Trump wants 5) education reform, which to him means eliminating the federal Department of Education, something he promised during his first campaign. Trump wants to stop U.S. taxpayer dollars from being used to "indoctrinate America's youth." Once education is dealt with, Trump plans to 6) end equity policies that discriminate against white people and "punish Americans based on race or gender." "America will return to the merit principle," Trump proclaimed from his podium. The seventh thing Trump plans to do is 7) root out corruption in public health. After the fiasco that occurred during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "pandemic," Trump has decided to appoint Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to fix the many problems at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as to investigate the rise in chronic health problems across the U.S. Eighthly, Trump wants to 8) stop foreign influence by pushing Congress to pass laws that stop foreign influence-peddling, which has been a major problem under Joe Biden. Finally, Trump wants to 9) modify the 25th Amendment to allow for the impeachment and removal of a vice president who "lies or engages in a conspiracy to cover up the incapacity of the president." With this one, Trump is taking specific aim at Kamala for allegedly covering up Biden's seemingly obvious health issues.
