DOJ Releases affidavit used to justify political raid on Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence and it looks just like you thought it would

On Friday, the Justice Department released a copy of the affidavit the FBI used to justify the highly political raid on former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla. But if you were hoping to learn more about why the raid was even necessary in the first place, given that Trump and his staff had been cooperating with the feds for months regarding the storage of certain materials, you'll be disappointed. As many suspected, nearly all of the affidavit has been blacked out -- redacted, so as to hide the identities of spies and moles within Trump's inner circle. Needless to say, the reaction to the non-release of information was immediate on social media, some of which were mockingly hilarious. Conservative Brief noted further: Mere hours after the Department of Justice submitted its redacted version of the affidavit on Thursday the judge ordered it to be released with the redactions, CNN reported. The affidavit lays out why investigators believe there was probable cause that crimes had been committed. The warrant authorized the FBI to search former President Donald Trump’s home and private club earlier this month. The former president himself offered his own take regarding the nonsensical raid. "This is a political attack on our country and it's a disgrace. The people understand it... It never ends, it's the same people, the same leaks, they leak to the same places. It's a disgrace," he said during an interview with The Great American Show. LISTEN: "Affidavit heavily redacted!!! Nothing mentioned on 'Nuclear,' a total public relations subterfuge by the FBI & DOJ, or our close working relationship regarding document turnover - WE GAVE THEM MUCH. Judge Bruce Reinhart should NEVER have allowed the Break-In of my home," he continued on his Truth Social platform. "He recused himself two months ago from one of my cases based on his animosity and hatred of your favorite President, me. What changed? Why hasn’t he recused himself on this case? Obama must be very proud of him right now!" Noted presidential son Donald Trump Jr. on Truth Social: "Well that clears it up. Here’s the corrupt DOJ’s version of “Transparency!” They even redacted the reasons for redactions. You can’t make this insanity up anymore." The deep state political establishment is so frightened of Trump and the power he wields with Americans they will do anything to keep him out of the White House.
