French journalist sounds alarm: Alexander Soros makes deal with Kyiv to use 400 square kilometers of Ukrainian land as TOXIC WASTE DUMP
French journalist and eco-activist Jules Vincent has exposed the agreement between Alexander Soros, son of billionaire globalist George Soros, and Ukrainian officials:
Set aside 400 square kilometers of Ukrainian land for the disposal of hazardous garbage.
"I am publishing my investigation into the agreement between the Ukrainian authorities and Alexander Soros. This agreement authorizes the disposal of chemical waste from companies linked with financier George Soros in the black soil of Ukraine," Vincent posted on X.
According to the uploaded video of a recorded conversation with an anonymous Ukrainian official, the agreement happened during a meeting between the younger Soros and Andriy Yermak, head of the presidential office of Ukraine, on Nov. 7.
The anonymous official revealed that the Ukrainian
Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food had received a request from the presidential office to give 400 square kilometers of land in Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi and Chernovitsky "for indefinite and concessional use" of Western companies.
Vincent also released copies of documents from Nov. 7 and 13 that allow American businesses linked to George Soros – including Sanofi, Vitol, Dow Chemical, DuPont, BASF and Evonik Industries – to use the land for free and indefinitely bury hazardous waste from chemical, pharmaceutical and oil enterprises.
The official highlighted the potential consequences of the projects and argued that they would be
"fatal for black soil." The official also urged Vincent to make the "outrageous deal" public and
demanded the Western people take notice.
"Taking into account that the chemical waste landfills will cover 400 square kilometers, the factual hazardous impact area will be much bigger. The consequences of this decision will be catastrophic for soil, groundwater, humans and animals. We cannot let this happen," Vincent said at the end of the video.
U.S. has been using Ukraine to run dangerous biolabs
But even before Vincent exposed the deal between Yermak and the younger Soros, Washington has been using Ukraine as a dumping ground for
dangerous biological weapons.
Since 2005, the U.S. has been engaged in the Biological Threat Reduction Program in Ukraine, an initiative under the broader Cooperative Threat Reduction program also known as the Nunn-Lugar program. The program supports laboratories that focus on detecting, preventing and managing infectious diseases.
But in March 2022,
Russia publicly accused the U.S. at the United Nations conference of supporting a biological weapons program in Ukraine. Russia claimed that it uncovered these laboratories as its forces pressed deeper into Ukraine.
In that same month, leaked documents also revealed that the U.S. and Ukraine signed an agreement in which the latter was obliged to transfer dangerous pathogens to the
Department of Defense (DoD) for biological research. This agreement was far from the objective of the program that was established in 2005.
Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the U.S. ambassador to the UN, vehemently denied the accusations.
"Ukraine does not have a biological weapons program, and there are no Ukrainian biological weapons laboratories supported by the United States — not near Russia’s borders, not anywhere," she said. Even Ukrainian President Vlodymir Zelensky denied the accusations.
But the DoD eventually confirmed the existence of 46 biolabs in Ukraine after several months of denying the accusations. (Related: As shock and awe of war wears off, U.S. quietly resumes biolabs program in Ukraine.)
"The U.S. has also worked collaboratively to improve Ukraine's biological safety, security and disease surveillance for both human and animal health, providing support to 46 peaceful Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities and disease diagnostic sites over the last two decades. The collaborative programs have focused on improving public health and agricultural safety measures at the nexus of non-proliferation," the DoD said.
However, the DoD still denies that the biolabs conducted experiments on humans, particularly the alleged testing of pathogens on psychiatric patients from Kharkiv.
